About Bill Bill Franz is a retired Training and Development and Human Resources Manager. Retirement has allowed him to revisit his early interests in English Literature, a field in which he possesses and B.A. and M.A. Bill lives in Newburyport with his wife Donna, where they both volunteer for the Greater Newburyport Village.
