Chris will include these elements in each session:

1) Introductory discussions:

  • Beginning with How To Relax by Thich Nhat Hanh
  • Followed by articles or short videos from three other leading meditation teachers: Pema Chodron, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Tara Brach

2) Exploration of different techniques

3) Opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues at the end of each session
