Dear Villagers,
Members, please follow these instructions to make it easier for you to log into the Greater Newburyport Village Member Portal:

Call (978) 206-1821 and ask for it.
|

|
- Click Member Portal on the homepage (upper right).
- Enter your username.
- Click "Forgot My Username/Password."
Result: The Village will send you a temporary password and walk you through making one you will remember.

| You have your username and password, |
|
- Click Member Portal on the homepage.
- Enter your username and password.
Result: You are in the Member Portal if you see your name in the upper right corner of the homepage.

| You want to avoid always entering your username and password, |
|
- Click Member Portal on the homepage.
- Enter your username and password (carefully).
- Check "Remember me on this computer."
Result: The next time you click Member Portal, you will automatically be logged in and see your name in the upper right corner and additional member-only information.

Important Reminders
- When requesting services, please...
- Call the Village number (not a volunteer directly) between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Call 48 hours prior to the date of service to give volunteers time to respond.
- If you need help with groceries, call the Village to request a Market Basket gift certificate.
