Village Talk: Stuart Deane on World War II Baseball with the Stars (Noon)
While serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II, Stuart Deane's father's duties included organizing baseball games for the troops.  Major League players such as Joe DiMaggio and Peewee Reese, then serving in the military, took to the field with the men.  Through historic photos and Deane's stories, we'll learn more about this little known chapter in baseball and military history.
