There are two ways to apply to the Village. Choose the method below that suits you and when we receive your application, we will call to schedule a meeting. At this meeting, we will explain the Village offerings, determine whether they meet your requirements and expectations, and if so, proceed with registering you as a new member of our neighborly community.
To apply online:
- Click Member Application.
- Select either Prospective Individual or Prospective Household for Membership Type.
- Click Next.
- Respond to the Privacy Agreement.
- Follow the prompts to complete your application.

To mail in your application:
- Open the Member Application.
- Print the form.
- Enter your information.
- Mail it to the address in the directions.
- Note on the form if you want to make special payment arrangements or need financial aid.
